About Us

Founded in 1895, the Society is Leitrim people's home away from home in New York. Organized to cultivate and encourage friendship, understanding and social activities among its members. The Society has been bringing Leitrim people together through the centuries to promote unity, goodwill and to foster our culture and traditions. The Society also contributes to many charitable organizations and good causes in the Irish American communities in the tri-state area.
